Lystmark Cloud is a secure, centralized hub for storing and organizing all your sales and lease records (Comps). It’s built for how commercial real estate professionals actually work, making it easy to keep your deal data clean, searchable, and ready for analysis.
How do I add a new Sale or Lease Record to my Cloud Library?
How do I add a new Sale or Lease Record to my Cloud Library?
Answer:
From your main dashboard, click the + Create button in the top-left corner. Choose Add Sale Record or Add Lease Record, fill out the record form with details like property info, financials, and attachments, then hit Save Record. Your new record will instantly appear as a Record Card in your Cloud Drive. See our Adding a Record Guide for more.
What’s the best way to find my Records quickly?
What’s the best way to find my Records quickly?
Answer:
Use our Quicksearch feature (the search bar at the top right of your dashboard), and type in any keyword (like an address, tenant name, zoning type, property type, or sale price), and matching records will appear instantly. You can also use the Search Filters Bar to search by any specific field (such as cap rate, lease term, or transaction data) or try Mapview to browse records visually on a map.

Lystmark is currently in its Beta Phase, which means we’re actively testing and refining many of the platform’s features. You might notice slight loading delays or encounter tools that aren’t fully built out yet, and that’s normal at this stage.
