You will be charged only for the unused portion of your previous plan plus the remaining portion of your new, higher-tier plan.
For Example, If you upgrade halfway through your billing cycle:
You receive a credit for the unused half of your old plan
You pay only for the remaining half of the new plan
Your next invoice will reflect:
A prorated credit
A prorated charge
A new regular subscription amount going forward
Stripe automatically applies:
A credit to your account for the unused portion of the higher plan
Your new lower rate on the next bill
Your billing cycle does not change; only the cost adjusts.
Important: You will never be double-charged or lose any portion of what you already paid for. All adjustments follow our proration system. If you have any questions about your bill or invoice, please email our Support Team at support@lystmark.com.
