Welcome to Lystmark Cloud. This guide will help you set up your account, understand the basics, and begin storing and organizing your CRE comps.

Here are some helpful steps on getting started and up and running: 

Signing Up

1. Visit Lystmark.com

2. Click Sign Up or Try for Free

3. Complete the sign-up form

   • Or sign up using your Google Account

   • Signing up with Microsoft is coming soon

Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be guided to choose a subscription plan.

Choosing a Plan

Once you sign up, we guide you to our Pricing Page. You can try our platform risk-free by choosing our Freemium Plan. 

The Freemium Plan is ideal for:

• Testing the platform

• Uploading your first Records

• Getting familiar with the Cloud Library, the Dashboard, and the rest of the platform. 

You can upgrade anytime to unlock advanced search tools, contact management, or expanded storage.

Core Terminology

Understanding a few key terms will help you navigate Lystmark more easily:

• Record: A property comp (Sale or Lease)

• Record Card: A stored property record displayed in card format

• Record Form: Where you enter the details of a Sale or Lease

• Cloud Library: Your private repository for all stored comps
